Session Detail: College application essays provide students the opportunity to reveal who they truly are and the personality traits that set themselves apart.  This course will offer an opportunity to reflect on the important elements needed to write a strong essay.

Session Detail: Students will be provided a list of scholarship to explore. In addition, students will explore commonalities in scholarships and learn how to dissect an application to see what is different.

Session Detail: This section will focus on developing resilience while in college. Students will learn more about Mindfulness, Motivation, and identifying a productive Mindset for college.

Session Detail: When you make the choice to become a scholar-athlete, you are making a lifelong commitment to excellence, perseverance, sacrifice, and discipline. There is no right or wrong way to master these characteristics, but there is a process.
