Exhibitors

If your institution or organization is interested in exhibiting during the Showcase of HBCU College & Career Fair, you can complete and submit a registration form. You will need to enter information your business and submit registration fees before the college and career fair.

2023 COLLEGE & CAREER FAIR

During the in-person college & career fairs exhibitor will be provided with a physical space to set up a booth and communicate with students and other attendees. 

Exhibitors will receive:

  • 1 – 10′ by 10′ booth
  • 2 – Chairs
  • 1 – Trash can
  • 1- ID Booth Sign

Each registered representative will receive:

  • 2 – Tickets for the Educators Reception held on Wednesday, November 8th
  • 1 – Lunch ticket for Thursday

2022 VIRTUAL COLLEGE & CAREER FAIR

General Exhibitor Registration Period will run from September 28th, 2022 – October 8th, 2022.

Exhibitors will receive:

• One Zoom Room that will serve as your dedicated “virtual booth”
• 2-minute introduction
• Access to virtual alumni lounge

In order to take advantage of the Early Registration discounted rate, the exhibitor form and payment must be submitted by July 28, 2023.

In order for every exhibitor booth to have access to electrical outlets and power provided by the facility there is an additional $150 charge.
