Zoom Meeting Structure & Room Breakdown
The Virtual College Fair will be conducted and presented as a series of virtual meetings across multiple breakout rooms.
The different meetings will function as different halls in a convention center. The different halls will contain different events (College Fair, Senior Seminar, Career Fair, and College Prep Classes).

VOLUNTEER ROLES
Volunteers will be needed to assist in each meeting in different capacities. Below you will find a list of different volunteer roles that we will need filled.
Registration
Cover one of two areas assigned for student and volunteer registration. Collect paperwork and make sure all students, guests, and volunteers are checked in. Collect post-test and evaluation forms. Follow up with incomplete registration entries.
Triage
Monitor the Zoom attendees entering and leaving meetings. Assign and re-locate attendees to the correct breakout room for their class or meeting. Remind chat support and presenters of the schedule, start the countdown timer for breakout rooms, provide technical assistance to presenter, and crowd control.
Pre-College Conference Classes – Chat Support
Monitor the chat in the breakout rooms, Assist the presenter as needed, make sure the presenters are on schedule, provide technical assistance to presenter, and crowd control.
Senior Seminar
Assist the representatives, manage time slots, make sure students have pre-registered, and make sure students portfolios are prepared.
Career Fair – Chat Support
Monitor the chat in the breakout rooms, Assist the presenter as needed, make sure the presenters are on schedule, provide technical assistance to presenter, and crowd control.
College Fair Support
Assist the representatives as needed. Monitor the chat in the breakout rooms, provide technical assistance to representative, and crowd control.
