Pre-College Conference Registration

INSTRUCTIONS

Thank you for volunteering your services for the Virtual Experience of Showcase of HBCU College-Career Fair and Education First Pre-College Conference. This registration form is to confirm your conversation with a team member and commitment to facilitate a virtual class(es) for this year’s conference. 

The Showcase of HBCU will be held on Thursday, November 09th from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.

For our Pre-College Conference Schedule, we will list the presenter and class description. Please provide your employer, job title, the class description and a headshot photo to be included in the conference program.

    10:00 am – 2:30 p.m. — THE SHOWCASE OF HBCU

  • Volunteer Timeframe

    Please indicate a time frame when you will be available to facilitate your class.

  • Volunteers must be able to commit two hours of time to the pre-college conference classes.

  • Volunteer Registration with JCPS is also required.

    *Once you submit this form you will be redirected to the JCPS website in order to complete and submit a volunteer registration form that is required by the county.

    If you have volunteered with JCPS within the past five years, and already completed the volunteer registration form than you will not need to complete a new background check.
