Career Fair Volunteers

Each year, the Showcase of HBCU College and Career Fair focuses on providing college preparation information to the students of Kentuckiana.

Thank you for your service to our students. Welcome to The Showcase of HBCU Virtual Experience. This registration is for the career fair, and we are requesting your presence for a minimum of two and half hours or four and half for the duration of the program. We will have two career rooms running throughout the virtual fair, hosting a total of four consecutive sessions. If you want to stay the entire day with us, please select both time frames for your time slot.

We would love to have you volunteer and look forward to having you be a part of this momentous occasion, the The Showcase of HBCU Virtual Experience.

*There is limited availability and we can only host six volunteers per two-hour time slots per room.*

    9:00 am – 10:00 a.m. — REGISTRATION & SETUP
    10:00 am – 2:30 p.m. — THE SHOWCASE OF HBCU

  • Available Time

    Please indicate a time when you will be available. We will only need two volunteers to assist per hour. Once a time slot fills you will need to choose another available time.

  • Volunteer Registration with JCPS is also required.

    *Once you submit this form you will be redirected to the JCPS website in order to complete and submit a volunteer registration form that is required by the county.

    If you have volunteered with JCPS within the past five years, you will not need to complete a new background check.
